Amandamania
AMANDAMANIA is a renowned artist, DJ, festival curator, and co-founder of Brazen and Splore.
Orignially inspired by the vibrant beach parties and international travel scene of Goa, Amanda’s DJing journey began there, before immersing herself in the European fesival scene. In 1998 she returned to NZ, started her own production company Mycelium, attended Burning man and became inspired to co-found and start Splore.
Amandamania performances have graced renowned events including Splore, Brazen, Rhythm and Alps, AUM, Shipwrecked, Relish Winterbest, Silent Studios, Paradise City, Morning People, The Undie Party series, Laundry Bar, Phat House Brewery, Lalaland, Future Futrue and Neck of the Woods and countless bespoke house parties.
She has the ability to seamlessly belend genre ranging from disco to techno, breaks and electro and everything in between to guarantee anunforgettable sonic journey
As a DJ in her mid-50’s Amanda shows no signs of slowing down. Her unwavering passion and dedication serve as an inspiration to other women DJ’s embarking on their own careers.
